How to Get Rid of Scars

Effective Recipe on How to Get Rid of Scars

When our skin is injured many different cells activate immediately and a complex healing process just begins in the moment it's happened.

Scars are an essential part of this natural healing process following an injury to the thick layer of skin (the dermis) or the outer layer of skin (the epidermis). Damage to the outer layer of skin is healed by rebuilding the tissue, and in these instances, scarring is slight. When we damage the thick layer of tissue beneath the skin, rebuilding is more complicated. Our bodies lay down collagen fibres (a protein which is naturally produced by the body) and this usually results in skin tissues thar are similar to the original but less functional tissues we call scars as they are different than normal skin.

After the wound has healed, scars continue to change as new collagen is formed and the blood vessels return to normal. This is the reason why most scars will fade and improve in appearance over a period of two years following an injury. However, there will always be some visible evidence of the injury and hair follicles and sweat glands do not grow back, so it seems we can never get rid of scars completely.

Now, it is good to remember that a wound does not become a scar until the skin has healed completely. Skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis and injuries such as minor burns or sunburn are not scars because the skin is broken or still being repaired. However, these conditions could lead to minor scars if scratched before the outer layer of skin is healed.

Many people have some sort of scars and for most of them this does not cause any problem. However, this is not true for all people.

How Can Scar Creams Benefit The Healing of My Injuries?

There are many scar healing creams, silicone gels and ointments, made of vitamins, botanical extracts, and natural ingredients that are designed to improve the healing of scars, help in scar reduction and make scars less noticeable.

Not all scar creams are alike though. Healing of injuries is a complex process that entails intricately and coordinated degree of orchestration that occurs between the many cells, organs and products of the immune system that do the masterful job of maintaining our biological, health-full integrity.

An Inflammatory Phase

Platelets and inflammatory cells are the first to arrive at the site of injury and provide key functions and “signals” needed for the influx of connective tissue cells and a new blood supply. This phase is named inflammatory phase. The signs have been well recognized since ancient times: redness, heat, swelling and pain.

The presence of wound macrophages is a marker that the inflammatory phase is nearing the end and a proliferative phase is beginning. Lymphocytes (white blood cell that helps the body fight infection) come into the wound area at a later stage.

Proliferative Phase

As the Proliferative phase progresses the predominant cells in the wound site are the fibroblasts. These cells originate in the mesoderm that gives rise to the connective tissue of the body, blood vessels, and lymph vessels and is responsible for producing the new matrix needed to restore structure and function to the injured tissue. Fibroblasts attach to the cables of the provisional fibrin matrix and begin to produce collagen.

The rapid production of hyaluronic acid by fibroblasts in the early stages of wound healing are of crucial importance as hyaluronic acid stimulates the migration and mitosis of mesenchymal and epithelial cells. Increased levels of hyaluronic acid, as observed during fetal wound healing or as achieved by the topical application of hyaluronic acid during wound dressing, are associated with brisker healing and reduced scarring.

Collagen is an abundant protein in the animal kingdom, accounting for 30% of the total protein in the human body. In normal tissues collagen provides strength, stability and structure. Collagen is needed to repair defects and restore anatomic structure and function. If too much collagen is deposited in the wound site, normal anatomical structure is lost, function is compromised and fibrosis occurs.

The collagen released into the extracellular space undergoes further processing by opening of the procollagen N and C-terminal peptides. In the extra-cellular spaces an important enzyme, lysyl oxidase, acts on the collagen to form stable cross-links. As the collagen matures and becomes older, more and more of these intramolecular and intermolecular cross-links are placed in the molecules. This important cross-linking step gives collagen its strength and stability over time.

In summary, the normal healing cascade begins with an orderly process of hemostasis and fibrin deposition, which leads to an inflammatory cell cascade, characterized by neutrophils, macrophages and lymphocytes within the tissue. This is followed by attraction and proliferation of fibroblasts and collagen deposition, and finally remodeling by collagen cross-linking and scar maturation. Despite this orderly sequence of events responsible for normal wound healing, pathologic responses leading to fibrosis or chronic ulcers may occur if any part of the healing sequence is altered.

Fibrosis: Abnormal Skin reaction to an injury

Fibrosis can be defined as the replacement of the normal structural elements of the tissue by distorted, non-functional and excessive accumulation of scar tissue. This is perhaps the most significant biological marker for fibrosis. Many clinical problems are associated with excessive scar formation. For example, keloids and hypertrophic scars.

BIOSKINCARE regulates the orderly process of skin healing.

BIOSKINCARE is a natural product made with the only substance found in nature that is produced abundantly by a living creature to repair his own skin tissues when damaged. That is the collagen and all the structural elements of the skin. It is a viscose liquid that is made into an odorless white cream with no alien or synthetic chemicals, and is produced by live snails of the species Helix Aspersa.

The cream made with this substance can help your body regulate the levels of collagen, the most important component of the skin regeneration process. Topical application of the cream on skin wounds and scars has shown to decrease dermal fibroblast proliferation, and prevent and reduce keloid and hyperthropic scars.

What is unique about the proteins and glycosaminoglycans (complex sugar structures) in the snail secretions is their high bio-availability and signaling function, which allows them to minimize scar tissue formation as well as reversing existing scar tissues.

A natural cosmetic product, not a drug, pharmaceutical, or product aimed to cure a disease

The topical application of BIOSKINCARE on your skin is also a potent message to your body. It will know it is being properly taken care off, so it will not need to over-react forming those abnormal thick scar tissues.

Analysis of the mucin has determined that it contains activators of skin growth factors and antimicrobial peptides. Also present are natural anti-inflammatory and immune modulating proteins, glycoproteins, hyaluronic acid and other glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) that tightly binds divalent cations, such as copper (II), and acharan sulfate glycosaminoglycan , as a protein-free polysaccharide.

BIOSKINCARE Act As

(1) Regulator of enzyme activity
(2) Regulator of neurite outgrowth
(3) Anti-inflammatory agent that limits oxidative damage after tissue injury;
(4) Stabilizer, cofactor, and/or co-receptor for
(4a) proteins produced by the human body that enable cells to communicate and effectively coordinate activities between one another (growth factors)
(4b) intracellular messenger molecules whose major function is to attract immune cells to sites of infection, and
(4c) as regulatory proteins released by cells of the immune system that act as intercellular mediators in the generation of an immune response (cytokines).

In a nutshell: BIOSKINCARE cream helps your skin regenerate itself! It is also anti-microbial, thereby helping to prevent skin infections. There is nothing like it! And you can use it for treating a wide variety of skin problems: scars, wounds, burns, sunburns, and rashes, cracked and dry skin. It works great for reducing post-surgical scars. It has been used on age lines, age spots, abrasions, acne, athlete's foot, boils, chilblains, diabetic sores, diaper rash, infected nails, insect bites/stings, skin allergies, skin ulcers and stretch marks with incredible results.

Body Cream for Scars and Stretch Marks - not for use on the face

Recommended for the treatment of stretch marks, scars, and back and chest acne. It is not recommended for facial application because it contains a higher content of our biological active ingredient, Helix Aspersa Muller Glycoconjugates than do BIOSKINCARE or BIOSKINCLEAR. This difference results in a thicker cream that leaves behind a thin protective film on the applied area. This thicker consistency is beneficial for occluding the area and keeping in moisture for a longer period of time, making the cream more effective in dissolving scars. However, its one disadvantage is that it is incompatible with make-up and may leave a thin milky looking film on your face that will quickly flake-off creating an unappealing effect.

Body Cream for Body Scars and Stretch Mark Treatment

How to Get Rid of Scars
I am 19 years old and now in college, having just gone through my adolescence, and have been plagued by reoccurring acne for a number of years. My acne was not as serious as other cases I have seen, but it would not go away. I tried everything. Every single type of medication they sold in stores. I spent so much money on cover-ups, face washes, benzoyl peroxide creams, EVERYTHING. Nothing seemed to help. At first I really wanted to reduce the scarring from the acne, but soon what I wanted most was something that would just get rid of my acne for good. I was desperate and losing confidence, and was frustrated that I couldn't do anything about it and that I would have acne all my life. So I went on the internet and looked for some products that might help me. I saw some products that they advertised on TV, and then I saw BIOSKINCARE. I am a big advocate on natural treatments and this cream sounded perfect. I ordered two jars and I must say that I was a little skeptical. However, I have been using it for 3 months and the results are incredible. My acne has been reduced almost to non-existent and furthermore, the cream works wonders on the scars left behind. I just put a little on everyday, and it's non-greasy and I feel great. This stuff really works and I am very very pleased with the results. Thanks.  J. C. SEATTLE, USA
