Acne is a complex condition that depends basically on A) increased sebum production (at times when you are going through hormonal imbalances...specially during adolescence or if a woman during your period...) in conjunction with B) toxins within your skin due to the intake of protein of poor quality. a.- Go to a sauna and get into it for 15 minutes (not more not less), then shower. Then back to the sauna for another 15 minutes.. then shower, and then drink clean pure water. The recommended amount of water you should drink is at least half your bodyweight in ounces of water (a 140lb. individual should drink 70 ounces/day ). After those two weeks try eating a diet high in fiber and raw foods — salads, bran, complex carbohydrates, fresh raw fish, Brazil nuts (you crack) and lots of mineral water. This will keep your system free of dirty proteins and your digestive tract moving so that your skin is not burdened by wastes your system can't handle. Keep your diet low in fat, sugar, too much salt and spices.

Hello, This is my second order from your company as I am convinced that I cannot live without your product. Let me explain:
From age 16 to age 27 I had severe, unrelenting acne and like many of your customers I tried everything. Every anti-biotic, every topical lotion and cream, every diet and skin care regime. Nothing worked until finally I tried Accutane®. That finally worked but the side effects and cost were daunting.
But after 11 years of acne my self esteem was so wrecked and I was so desperate that I would have walked a mile barefoot on broken glass if I thought it would help.
