Doctors usually tell us there is not any one treatment or cure for acne, because every skin type varies from person to person. They advise us from the perspective they have been trained, which is to cure diseases.

The process by which these white blood cells surround, engulf, and destroy foreign substances is called phagocytosis, and the cells are called phagocytes. Phagocytes eventually die but in the meantime pus is formed from a collection of dead tissue, dead bacteria, and live and dead phagocytes.

Sebum canals get blocked or severely pinched-off due to excess moisture retention inside the ducts, or in other words by too much water being attracted from the skin inside the follicles by toxins that accumulate there. Those toxins arrive there through our lymphatic system, as waste that is deposited when your system can not get rid of degraded cooked proteins we eat.

Fasting can be a good solution. Infra-red sauna and proper dieting are other two ways of naturally dealing with acne.

Sauna treatments generally involve three 15 minute intervals in the sauna and 5 minutes outside after 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular activity (in order to get the blood flowing). The sauna heat helps to open up the pores and cleanse the skin through the sweat flow. It is important, however, to stay hydrated at all times.

Dieting on juices, fruit and shifting to vegan for a period of 10 days, in combination with drinking at least 8-12 glasses of water each day, can be of great help.
